If he is Exalted with that many factions then he is:

A. Hardcore Raider
B. Been around a long time
C. Has no outside live
D. Has no sex life.
E. May not have a job or his job is one that can accommodate his habits.
F. Likely able to pwn almost anyone and may need a raid to take him down.
