I've raided with this mage called "Adoman" back in the days of "The Dream Hunters" and he could solo those crocs without breaking a sweat, we always let him do it when he asked to (just before the Hakkar platform)...and that was at lvl60 (same as the mage in the video)

Just group them, frost nova, arcane explosion and cone of cold kite until dead
