Short Tactics for quick overview, more to come once were there:

Hagara
3 Phases, rotating
Dps Healers, Melee a bit spread out
Ench on Boss weapon shows which phase will start
snow on weapon - ice phase
lightning - lightning phase
ICEPHASE
Focused Assault (harddmg on MT) Tank should move out
Icetomb - Players get tombed, if standing near icetombed players, you dont get tombed, need to get dpsed down
Icelance - 2 random melee get dmg
Frost orb - random players, low dmg
BLIZZARDPHASE
Raid needs to move clockwise around outer edge
Destroy all 4 totems at north,east,south,west
after totems are done, blizzphase is over
Icewave - thats why raid has to move clockwise
Frostflakes - need to be dispelled, leave traps
Iciles - Metores on people
At phase change boss gets stunned, takes 100% more dmg for 10 secs
LIGHTNINGPHASE
Spread out
Totems spawn randomly in room
Adds spawn, Need to be tankes, and adds need to be killed above totems, only 1 add on a totem
when all totems are arced, next phase
Arced totems cast like chain lightning
Players standing close to that totems can chain it to other players, that can then arc remaining totems like a add dieing on top of a totem
At end of this phase, again 10 secs stunned, 100% more dmg
