Seems that having a tank with NR of +415 is part of the key to this

Igby, you anywhere near being able to get this? Or is there another tank that maybe can do this?

Here's a few things that could help:

Enchant cloak: +20
Enchant head: +25
Ony 25 Tank ring: +30
Ony 10 Tank ring: +25
Flask: +50 (all schools of magic)
Totem: +130

TBC had some craftable armor from Cenarion Expedition all with Nat Res. This was usually for tanking Hydross the Unstable. Maybe someone has a set kicking about?
