Why did you leave your former guilds?:
BoB because not a raiding guild. CH because I got demoted after missing 3 signouts over last few months. Now on waiting list. Expected to be on raider status waiting list for 4 months more. Cant do 25man Ulduar for that period, which I can no longer bear. Note that I don't really want to leave, but this time frame makes it a neccesity.

What is your former raid experience (pre-TBC, TBC, WotLK)?
None pre-TBC. Most TBC, All WotLK (Ulduar 25 up to CH progress. Around 4 bosses)

Why do you want to join Serenity?
I have pugged many times with your members and they seem skilled and serious in what they do, just like CH members

Do you have open applications to other guilds?
No

Any member in Serenity that can vouch for you?
Nope


Can you play at our official raiding times which are Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday from 9pm - 1am server time?
All days except not all sundays. Expect me to be there all other days. CH has a 75% (3 of 4 raids a week) requirement too, which i dont have a problem with.


Can you log on to the Serenity website and sign up on the raid calendar each week whether you can attend raids or not?
Ofcourse. I learned my lesson from my CH demotion

Do you intend to show up for raids prepared, PVE raid specced, repaired, enchanted, gemmed and with a minimum set of buffs (food buffs and potions/flasks)?
Minimum set? Always come maximum prepared
