In game name (including previous names if any):
Younglush

Age:
29

From:
Barcelona

Class and build:
Mage, arcane.

Link to your Armory, CTProfiles, or RPGOutfitters page? (If you are not using your raiding specc because of PvP or whatever reason, please link the raiding specc you will be using):
http://eu.wowarmory.com/character-sheet.xml?r=Shadowsong&n=Younglush

Former guilds (on Bronzebeard or on your current realm):
1) TheUnknow->Energy->Synergy (same people): Kul Trias realm.
2) Deadwood: Shadowsong realm.

Why did you leave your former guilds?:
1) My home for more than 2 years. I really enjoyed that time but very hard for my RL since they raid too early. So, I had to move to another guild, which raids later.
2) My current guild. A good guild with a correct attitude, but somehow I am missing the nice and friendly atmosphere of my previous guild.

What is your former raid experience (pre-TBC, TBC, WotLK)?
All instances cleared but last boss BT and 2 last bosses MH.

Why do you want to join Serenity?
Your raiding time is perfect for me. And, tbh, I like what I see from you (web design, way to explain recruitment, etc..)

Do you have open applications to other guilds?
No

Any member in Serenity that can vouch for you?
Don’t think so. Never been in this realm.

The important questions now. Please take a moment to think about those before you answer.

This is probably the most important question. We are a raiding guild, and even though we do not force anyone into raiding, we are expecting players that will join us to show interest in raiding at least 2-3 days each week.

Can you play at our official raiding times which are Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday from 9pm - 1am server time?

Yes. And willing to do it.

Can you log on to the Serenity website and sign up on the raid calendar each week whether you can attend raids or not?
Yes

Do you intend to show up for raids prepared, PVE raid specced, repaired, enchanted, gemmed and with a minimum set of buffs (food buffs and potions/flasks)?
Always. I am a devoted PVE player. A big part of the fun is not only the raid but the anticipation (reading tacts, getting ready, etc)

We are using a Zero-Sum DKP system, do you agree with this? (X) YES ( ) NO

(X) I have read the Forum sticky: Intro to Serenity
(X) I have read the Forum sticky: Guild Rules and Goals

A spaniard! How exotic - adding to our cultural mix should alone be enough for a spot:)

Nice app, nice age, nice gear - maybe you are even a nice person!

You didn't describe you WotLK raid experience - but your gear shows that youve been there.

Good luck with the application.

Hi Lush.

Very nice app.
I would like to see you on the team, as you seem to fit just nicely into Serenity. However at the moment raid spots are in high demand, and I don't dare to think what will happen once Uldar hits. I guess that's also why no one really hasn't replied to your nice app yet, because we simply can't guarantee raid spots.
If you could make a low level alt, we could have a talk. I won't be online before Sunday evening though. You shoud be able to catch any other offier online.

Hope to see you soon,
Mithrilbeard

Hi Mithrilbeard,

Thanks for your nice post.
I am a PVE raiding player but i understand that you can't guarantee now raid spots. Np if i can't raid now, I have most of the equipment ready for Uldar and for me is more important to have a good time knowing each other.

I'am sure that Blizard will set soon new challenges in front of us. And i hope that by that time the guild will think of me as a good member to enjoy our team work :)

Best regards
Younglush

P.D.: As you suggested, I will make an alt Sunday around 20:30h so we can have a talk. Have a nice weekend.

Have you been able to make an alt yet, as none of the officers have heard from you?

Postby Lush » Fri Mar 20, 2009 7:12 pm

Hi,

Sorry, i have been away from home (and WoW!) a few days and i realise that mb i should try to quit the game and take care more of my RL.

I really like this game, so i don't know if i am going to succeed being away from it... So, if i ever come back, i will contact you again, if you don't mind.

Thanks for your mails
Best luck
