I’m currently enhancement for dailies and I’m switching between enhancement and resto a lot depending on the spots free in 5man pugs. I’m aware my gear isn’t great, I’ve only been 80 for two weeks and have been running heroics whenever I can get a group, trying to improve the situation. Unfortunately I haven't been able to get in any decent raids with my guild because of the times they raid, and because their numbers are dwindling. However, I'm confident that I can manage Naxx-25 and OS-25 (except for with 3 drakes up) in this gear. Btw: I'm very aware that I need a better trinket!

Why did you leave your former guilds?:
I’ve been in the guild for almost 2 years, and for a while I’ve not been happy with the time that they raid (too early), or their lack of organisation. The only thing that kept me in the guild was loyalty to the friends I had there. However most of them have now left and I have little reason to stay. I have always had my mind on joining a late-night raiding guild and now feel likes the right time.
What is your former raid experience (pre-TBC, TBC, WotLK)?
Pre-TBC: None
TBC: Kara, Gruul, Maggy, TK, SSC, half of BT
Wotlk: I’ve cleared Naxx-10, OS-10, OS-25, about half of Naxx-25, and tried Malygos-10.
Note: All of my TBC experience and quite a bit of wotlk was on my priest. However, I am now committed to my shaman (once you play it, there's no going back!) and wish to make this my main character which I spend time on. So far with my shammy I've done OS-10, OS-25 and about half of Naxx-10 (and the hardly-worth-mentioning VoA 10+25). But I know all the fights well. My shammy is now better geared than my priest too.
Why do you want to join Serenity?
I've browsed all of the guilds on the late-night raiding guild list and after much deliberation feel that this guild is right for me. I like your level of organization, progress, and the fact you use vent. Your raiding times are also perfect! By having a more organized raid schedule, I should be able to find a better wow-life balance.
Do you have open applications to other guilds?
No.

Unfortunately not, as I'm not on the server yet.
The important questions now. Please take a moment to think about those before you answer.
This is probably the most important question. We are a raiding guild, and even though we do not force anyone into raiding, we are expecting players that will join us to show interest in raiding at least 2-3 days each week.
Can you play at our official raiding times which are Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday from 9pm - 1am server time?
Yes, you are one of the only guilds raiding at a time suitable for me! I'm finally looking forward to being able to be available for raids (whether or not you choose to take me, is up to you!). I can definitely be counted on for 3/4 raids every week, and often 4/4.
Can you log on to the Serenity website and sign up on the raid calendar each week whether you can attend raids or not?
Yes, that wont be a problem.
Do you intend to show up for raids prepared, PVE raid specced, repaired, enchanted, gemmed and with a minimum set of buffs (food buffs and potions/flasks)?
Yes, I always do this.
