shows that I'm at T5/T6 gear level.
I have several sets of gear:
DPS set - about 8.5K unbuffed health and my max dps (bloodsea brigands vest etc)
Stam dps - about 9.5K unbuffed health and good dps (T5 mainly)
PVP - 10.5 health and 270 resilience - I'm not a big pvp'er
Fire resist set - 280 FR for Azgalor
Arcane resist set - 200 AR for VR, Solarian
Shadow resist set - 340 SR for Mother Shaz

Why did you leave your former guilds?:
I've just had my second child and am finding it very difficult to start raiding at 2000 game time. I'm looking for a guild at the same level of progression that raids an hour later.
What is your former raid experience (pre-TBC and TBC)?
I started WOW a bit late
AQ20 - 2 bosses
ZQ - 4 bosses
Ony - dead
MC - 6 bosses
T4 - all cleared
T5 - all cleared but KT was with another guild as guest
MH - 4/5 and a night on Archimonde
BT - 3 bosses dead
All the outdoor bosses.
Why do you want to join Serenity?
You seem like a serious raiding guild and raid at the right times for me.
Do you have open applications to other guilds?
Nope - although I am looking for other guilds with same level of progression and raid times.
Any member in Serenity that can vouch for you?
Nope.

Can you play at our official raiding times which are Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday from 9pm - 1am server time?
I can make all those days and times. I can go on a bit later as well.
This is probably the most important question. We are a raiding guild, and even though we do not force anyone into raiding, we are expecting players that will join us to show interest in raiding at least 2-3 days each week.
I can guarantee two days a week - my wife and I have agreed that I get that. I will be able to manage 3 days quite often.
In Seven my attendance is around 60% and it will be higher with a later start time. Seven raids Sunday, Friday, Tuesday and Wednesday but other days are fine for me as well.
Can you log on to the Serenity website and sign up on the raid calendar each week whether you can attend raids or not?
Yes.
Do you intend to show up for raids prepared, PVE raid specced, repaired, enchanted, gemmed and with a minimum set of buffs (food, oils, potions)?
Yes - I know how much it costs and have been paying it for the last year.
We are planning on using a Suicide Kings loot distribution system, do you agree with this?
I'm fine with any loot distribution system. I don't raid for gear.
