Considering that Seat is yet another company that started with tools and dies purchased from Fiat, it's no suprise that Seat would be mistaken for an old Panda and vice versa. The old Panda and original Seat models are the same car, just some slight styling changes.

the fact someone is so dumb to upload a pic of a marbella and call it panda doesn't mean that is a panda.

The car pic you putted is a Seat Marbella that shared a lot of components with the Fiat Panda, but a lot of things where different anyway, the estetic and even the engine. If you aren't a car enthusiast like me don't start a fight in this camp.

this is a Fiat Panda

and this is a Marbella(the same you posted, pink seem to be a must for that car)

and actually this is my car

definitely not a Fiat nor a fucking skoda

and this is goign to be my future one soon as they decide to import it in europe

/agree with Marco in regards to using the thread for something so off-topic. Thus the the posts have been split from their original thread.

// Thread Split

Regarding this new thread's topic. As I have stated in a previous post and Marco state as well, the Seat Marabella and Fiat Panda (the old one) are for the most part, the same car. Fiat sold Seat the tools, dies and plans for the old Panda. Fiat has done this before, companies like Zastava (Yugoslavia/Serbia) and AutoVAZ (USSR/Russia, makers of the Lada) have benefited from Fiat. I can tell you that the car in the first photo posted is not a Fiat Panda, I should know as I live in the very city where Fiat is headquartered (Torino) and there are many of those old Pandas running around the streets here. In addition, I lived in Athens a few years ago and those Seats and Fiats were quite common (along with their Eastern bloc predecessors/cousins).

I would not argue with an Italian when it comes to cars.
