Looks better than my job tbh

I just got back from a meeting with my manager. He was told by his manager that I am to be given a formal warning for being late 3 times in January. Any more lates and it is a disciplinary.

The lates were:-

30 seconds
42 seconds
62 seconds

What they dont mention is all the other days when I have started work 20 minutes early, or stayed 30 minutes later than I should, or the fact that in January alone I have completed 57% of my business targets for a whole quater of a year Jan/Feb/Mar/April.

I am looking on job websites right now and am making sure it is clear for all the bosses to see
